Editor: Permanent Court of Arbitration

This series features recent arbitral awards rendered under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at The Hague. The series is under the general editorship of Bette Shifman, Deputy Secretary-General of the PCA, and the awards will be complemented by commentary from pre-eminent international legal scholars. Volumes will include the decisions of the Eritrea-Ethiopia Claims and Boundary Commissions, and the awards in the Ireland/United Kingdom OSPAR Arbitration, the Bank for International Settlements Arbitration, and several pending arbitrations under Annex VII of the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
