Press release - Canadian Journal of Law and Society to publish with Cambridge
From 2013, the Canadian Journal of Law and Society (CJLS) will be published by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the Canadian Law and Society Association. Publishing in both English and French, CJLS is an international journal committed to publishing innovative research that speaks to theoretical and empirical questions in law and society scholarship.
The Editors of CJLS, Dawn Moore and Mariana Valverde, said: "We are absolutely delighted that Cambridge University Press is helping our journal to increase its global impact by allowing us to reach a more diverse group of scholars in many regions of the world."
From Cambridge Journals, Publishing Director Ella Colvin added: "We are proud to be working with the Association to publish CJLS. A valuable addition to our law list, we are confident that CJLS will be an important enhancement to the global reach of Cambridge University Press as a whole."
CJLS is published three times a year with the support of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, the office of the Vice-President, Research, the Dean of the Faculty of Public Affairs and the Department of Law, Carleton University.

À partir de 2013, Cambridge University Press publiera la Revue Canadienne Droit et Société (RCDS) au nom de l'Association Canadienne Droit et Société. Cette revue bilingue et internationale s'engage à publier des études novatrices sur des questions théoriques et empiriques dans le domaine sociojuridique.
Les rédactrices-en-chef de la RCDS, Dawn Moore et Mariana Valverde témoignèrent de leur enthousiasme pour la nouvelle: 'Nous sommes ravies que Cambridge University Press contribue à l'impact global de notre revue en atteignant des chercheurs du monde entier.'
