ELTons nominations 2012

The nominations for this year’s ELTons, otherwise known as the British Council Innovation Awards have now been announced. This year, the British Council have introduced five categories to the award, reflecting both the wide variety of entries in recent years, and the high level of innovation in English language learning resources. 

• The award for excellence in course innovation
• The award for innovation in learner resources
• The award for innovation in teacher resources
• The award for digital innovation
• The award for local innovation

We are delighted that three Cambridge University Press English Language Teaching products have been nominated for ELTons.

Interactive, a vibrant four-level course for teens is nominated in the category Innovation in Learner Resources.

English Unlimited, a six-level course for adults is nominated in the category Excellence in Course Innovation.

And in the category Excellence in Teacher Resources, we have Instant Academic Skills.

Winners will be announced on the 23rd of May at a five star event in London. For now, watch this space!
